Federico Cervellini, Director of Corporate Affairs of MBM Group, took part to the plan that has again led an Italian company to become part of the MBM Group.
Team Service Group, founded in Rome in 1985, is today a major player in the international market for the management of facilities, having seats in Dubai, Madrid, Warsaw, Bucharest and USA.
This company, operating for 25 years in the facilities management industry, works managing home, hotel, hospital, industrial, commercial structures, as well as technical services, such as maintenance, cleaning, security and fire.
The agreement reached between the two companies will grant Team Service a permanent presence in the UAE, where last January, the company took part in the maintenance operation of a tower in Dubai. This has been the occasion for the meeting with the MBM Group to happen.
MBM – Team Service provides a range of integrated services with an innovative and user friendly management software that enable customers to focus on their core business, ensuring an adequate level and agreed quality of service. Each contract defines a start-up period during which the employees are trained for the proper performance of the service, both through classes and practice, assisted by qualified personnel.
The operational results are assured thanks to a continuous quality control and a research for improvement regarding the organizational techniques and logistics services. The company, indeed, gained over the years, several certifications, such as: ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management, ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System, OHSAS18001: 2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
The union that gave life to MBM – Team Service Group, achieved through the efforts of Federico Cervellini and his colleagues, is expected in the coming months to be assigned to the management of a hotels chain in Dubai. This assignment will be later followed by the inscription to government tenders, such as EXPO 2020, thanks to the networks that Private Office of Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum developed.
