As of April 25th 2016, it is active on the territory of the United Arab Emirates the new company “Shaikh Mohammed Maktoum Juma Al Maktoum Investment L.L.C.”. It is the Director of Corporate Affairs Federico Cervellini to proclaim the constitution of this new company.
The new entity will be active in the market under the name “MBM Investment”, and will be composed by the members of the Board of Director of the “MBM Group” holding, among which, in addition to the Sheikh the company takes its name from, it is included also Federico Cervellini himself.
The subsidiary “MBM Investment” is to achieve international targets, as the main vehicle to carry out new acquisitions and partnerships, and sets a growth for the business started in 2006 by the Sheikh of Dubai.
