The new company will focus its business around the General Maintenance industry, offering services within the building sector, which benefit from the use of cutting-edge materials and professionals highly specialized in the organization and implementation of projects.
The company with which Federico Cervellini has developed this important partnership is a major holding of the Lebanese territory, which includes different companies excelling in quality standards in their field of interest. MBM Qualios offers high added-value services, ranging from IT security to design and telecommunications infrastructure, whilst ensuring solutions aimed to deliver quality results, which will leave the customer satisfied. This NewCo will also operate in order to achieve corporate acquisitions and construction, offering maintenance services and monitoring, remaining available seven days a week, around the clock. In addition, energy saving systems and energy utilization, generated from waste materials, make MBM Qualios a leading company in the renewable energy sector.
Thanks to the advice of Federico Cervellini, Qualios chose MBM Group for the expansion of its business in Middle Eastern markets, especially in the United Arab Emirates one.
